Barley Village Hall is easily reached by car, bicycle or on foot, with excellent facilities available for visitors in the village.
To reach the Hall from the south, from J8 of the M65 take the A678 (signposted for Padiham and Clitheroe). Go straight at both sets of lights, onto the A6068 Barrowford Road (signposted for Fence). At Fence, take the left turn signposted for Newchurch, then the 2nd left (signposted for Pendle Inn). Follow the road through Spen Book and Newchurch, over the hill and down into Barley.
From the North, from J13 of the M65 take the A6068 (signposted to Padiham and Clitheroe). At Fence, take the right turn signposted for Newchurch, then the 2nd left (signposted for Pendle Inn). Follow the road through Spen Book and Newchurch, over the hill and down into Barley.
On the road into Barley, the Village Hall is on the left. There is a large car park across the road from the Hall, by the village picnic area (turn right at the junction by the Hall). Parking charges are by donation to an honesty box administered by the Parish Council.
There are additional paths available for cyclists and walkers to reach the Hall. The Hall can be found on OS maps at grid reference SD 822 403.
